Meetings with the model are essential to make a realistic portrait, only in exceptional cases, the artist works from photographs. Working basis for the sculptures are sketches and photos that we make in one or more sessions with the model. The individual price for a portrait depends on the material, size and time. Van de Griend has had assignments from the government, business companies, Royalty, Aristocracy and private clients.
